In line with the Corporate Marketing strategic guidelines, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the MSC Cruises SEM campaigns and Display, RTB and retargeting activities.
•Creates and executes a digital brand strategy to increase sales on our website;
•Creates, manages and optimizes cross countries SEM campaigns;
•Manages Display campaigns worldwide;
•Monitors and analyses conversions across key digital channels (SEM, Display, RTB, Retargeting and Affiliation);
•Liaises with external agencies, traffic networks, travel bloggers, online publishers and internal business units in order to implement MSC Cruises online communication strategy.
•Fluent Italian and English. The knowledge of French, German, and Spanish is considered a plus.
•BA or MA or a professional course attended in Digital Marketing is preferred.
•At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a digital agency, affiliation platform or as a publisher.
•Experience in the travel/hospitality industry is a plus.
•Proficiency with AdWords Editor, use of Ad Networks interface and Microsoft Office.
•Strong knowledge of SEM Campaigns Management and of performance based campaign management.
•Ability to manage multilingual and multiple digital channels campaigns -from design to execution.
•Experience with Ad Networks, affiliation platforms, RTB and Retargeting networks.
•Strong understanding and use of KPI’s in campaign reporting.
