Be a part of our Marketing Team. Work closely together with other local departments and international colleagues all over the world.
E-Commerce:
• Is Responsible for optimizing our B2C website;
• Analyzes user behaviour and creates solutions to increase the conversion rate (e.g. layout, product presentation, navigation, booking funnel, landing pages etc.);
• Plans and designs new functions and supports the implementation from the prototype to go live;
• Is the interface between IT and other specialist departments, first point of contact for extensions and change requests, & coordinates the entire requirements management;
• Insures quality, monitors and reports defined KPIs in the area of e-commerce.
Digital Marketing Specialist:
• Prepares, coordinates and optimizes B2B online marketing & B2B content management;
• Executes B2C & B2B CRM campaigns (newsletters, mailings, etc.), conceptions and validates user acquisition strategies;
• Controls campaign and strategic development of performance measures in the SEO & SEA areas;
• Regularly analyses and reports the campaigns based on the KPIs created.
• University/college or equivalent degree in business or tourism background;
• Relevant professional experience in the field of e-commerce and digital marketing;
• Experience in the areas of requirements analysis, test management and process optimization;
• Analytical, conceptual and holistic thinking skills;
• Structured, methodical and independent way of working;
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English;
• Intercultural competence, negotiation skills and strong assertiveness.
