JOB PURPOSE

In line with the Company standards, part of the Naples Credit management team, the Group Credit Analyst assists the Group Credit Controller on all Credit finance activities, ensuring that the cash flow processes for all aspects (credit control, credit risk…) are applied and monitored.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Manage the credit control activities, in contact with general sales agents to speed-up collection (dunning) and achieve related targets in collaboration with Markets and Commercial teams;

•In charge for payments follow-up and tracking with Accounting Department, dealing with general sales agents’ questions or issues, handling Anomalies (discrepancy between amount invoiced and received to be investigated);

•In charge for receivable’s analysis reporting for General Sales Agent;

•Support the reconciliation of balances between the reservation and accounting system;

•Assure the controlling and maintenance of the correct settings of the payment terms according to the Company standards;

•In charge for controlling and reporting of Deposit collections and for Area credit indicators;

•Analyse and manage the credit risk of the area, while identifying/tracking high risk/watch list accounts;

•Deal with bad customer debt – centralize all info pertaining to customers defaults and calculate the provision amounts to be recorded by Accounting according to the Loss Allowance matrix;

•May be involved on other purposes/projects especially regarding design of IT reports, SAP deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

•A previous experience in a similar role or in Audit e/o Risk consulting;

•Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting receivable principles;

•Fluent English (written, oral); any additional European language is considered an advantage;

•Good knowledge of MS Office tools (advanced Microsoft Excel skills);

•Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Finance;

•High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;

•Multitasking ability and handling stress and working under pressure capacity;

•Dependable and an effective communicator, self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work in a team environment;

•Availability to business travel.
