In line with MSC Cruises service standard & procedures, the B2B/B2C Contact Centre Agent provides commercial advice (by telephone and e-mail) to travel agents and direct customers in order to finalize the sale of MSC Cruises products and services.
• Handles travel agencies’ telephone calls/individual customer’ calls and e-mails, in line with the service standards and procedures;
• Responds to travel agents’/direct customers’ requests coming by telephone and by e-mail;
• Promotes MSC Cruises products and services;
• Uses the reservation system to process telephone sales;
• Assists travel agents/individual customers with specialist support such as reservations changes, purchase of additional services and special requests.
• Graduated in Tourism or related areas;
• Minimum upper intermediate English skills (writing, speaking, and listening);
• Previous experience in customer service and direct sales;
• Experience in the field of international tourism (not exclusive);
•Capability to work independently as well as within a team;
• Interest in helping and working with customers;
• Adaptability, empathy, and responsibility;
• Active listening, excellent writing, and assertive communication;
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
