We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Governance Continuous Improvement Project Manager to spearhead the design, implementation, and global rollout of critical IT management processes and tools, with a relentless focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the global IT governance model and optimizing its various IT operating capabilities to ensure seamless operational efficiency and excellence. This leadership position demands a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in driving transformative change, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering innovative management solutions within the IT domain.
•Lead the design, implementation, and continuousimprovement of essential IT management tools, encompassing IT demand, project,portfolio, contract, procurement, sourcing, vendor, budget, and costcontrolling management processes.
•Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for theglobal deployment of these IT management tools, ensuring alignment withorganizational objectives and consistent best practices across multiplelocations and different business units.
•Foster integration between core IT managementprocesses and other management functions, fostering synergy and alignmentacross various business operations, departments, and markets.
•Drive change management interventions, collaborating closely with both business and IT teams to facilitate seamless transitions and successful adoption of new IT management processes, tools, and systems.
•Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all core IT management processes, establishing clear metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive relentless optimization.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks associated with IT management processes by implementing robust governance frameworks and effective risk management strategies.
•Provide strategic leadership to a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning while nurturing a positive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
•Fluent in English and Italian both oral and written, any other European language is an advantage;
•Minimum 5-7 years working experience in primary consulting firms and/or IT Department of Large Corporations in managing IT operations and implementing IT management tools, preferably within a global or multinational organization;
•Strong expertise in IT business management and technologies, with a sharp business agility mindset and comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends;
•Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive change across the organization;
•Excellent change management and issue resolution skills with the ability to deliver results;
•Highly organized and self-motivated;
•Proficiency in leveraging advanced data and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and optimize IT management processes for enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness;
•Sound knowledge of IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices;
•Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms, demonstrating the ability to streamline IT operations, automate workflows, and enhance overall service delivery;
•Right to work in Italy;
