In line with the Yacht Club luxury concept, the Yacht Club Concierge is involved in the daily Conciergerie operational duties and ensures appropriate guest engagement, anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations. The YC Concierge leads the YC Guest Service Agents in order to achieve an impeccable hospitality experience.
•Welcomes guests with a warm and friendly disposition, making them feel at ease;
•Provides information and general assistance to guests;
•Answers phone calls and attends to guests’ requests in a professional and timely manner;
•Handles guests’ complaints immediately;
•Performs all necessary administrative tasks;
•Manages a variety of financial transactions: cash deposit in guest’s account, credit card transactions and he/she is responsible of a cash float;
•Provides training to the Yacht Club Guest Service Agents and leads by example.
•Fluent English, oral and written and at least 3 additional European languages among Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French; Mandarin knowledge is a plus;
•High School certificate;
•Extensive experience as Concierge/Front Desk Supervisor in luxury resorts and/or cruise ships;
•Excellent communication and customer care skills;
•Problem solving and stress tolerance skills;
•Excellent organisation and managerial skills;
•Teamwork in a multicultural environment;
•Knowledge of Fidelio System;
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Publisher.
