LINE MANAGER: Martech & CRM Manager
The CRM Martech Specialist will oversee and optimize our CRM system and Martech tools with the goal of enhancing customer engagement, retention, overall satisfaction, customer relationships improvement, all of which will contribute to our company's ongoing success.
•CRM Management: Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate collection, storage, and analysis of customer data;
•Business Request Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related business requests, responsible for opening, submitting, and proactively following up on requests while engaging with various stakeholders;
•UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Planning, organization and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM system updates and enhancements. Ensure that UAT is conducted effectively and in line with business requirements;
•Martech Strategy: support the development and implementation of Martech marketing strategies using the CRM to optimize customer data management and enhance marketing activities;
•Data Integration: Collaborate with other business teams to ensure smooth data flow between the CRM and other company systems.
•1 or 2 years’ proven experience in CRM system management, business request coordination and UAT leadership;
•Knowledge of UAT best practices and experience in test planning and execution;
•In-depth knowledge of Martech marketing best practices;
•Data analysis and reporting skills;
•Microsoft Office package; familiarity with specific CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe AJO, Adobe Marketo engagement) is a plus;
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
