MSC Cruises is excited to announce that it is expanding its Contact Center and Customer Service Organization, with the cruise industry continuing to re-emerge. As part of this expansion, we are hiring talented Reservations Agents who will join our winning Reservations team that sells our award-winning cruises and assists our Guests, Voyagers Club Members, and valued Travel Partners from the time they book until the time they sail. As a brand ambassador, the Reservation Agent plays a direct role in achieving business objectives. •Builds relationships with callers through warm, engaging conversations
•Strives to become a brand expert with a deep understanding of our ships, itineraries, ports of call and pricing programs
•Confidently responds to questions and provides accurate information
•Discovers preferences and needs to guide callers to find their perfect cruise vacation
•Sells cruises and provides service for existing reservations
•Enhances cruise bookings with onboard packages and shore excursions
•Provides assistance with first level problem resolution
•Must have at least 1-year experience in a contact center environment, ideally within the cruise, hospitality or travel sector.
•Strong background in reservations or sales, travel company preferred
•Goal driven and self-motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels (verbal and written) with both internal and external customers.
•Experienced with Microsoft Office and possesses basic computer skills
•Must have an outgoing personality and ability to maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm each and every day.

•Must be available to work evenings, holidays and weekends
