LINE MANAGER: Marketing Manager
In line with company guidelines and performance the Marketing Coordinator coordinates, prepares and optimizes B2B & B2C content marketing as well as organizes B2B & B2C events.
• General coordination of the marketing department.
• Ensure that the B2B & B2C channel follows corporate and brand guidelines.
• Analyze trends, competitors and consumers’ profiles.
• Support Marketing team in creating and in delivering multi-channel campaigns on time and on budget, work across an organization to collect information and to share to the relevant stakeholders.
• Brief internal and external agencies in creating marketing materials, including sales and product collateral, ensuring brand guidelines are met, delivering campaigns on time and on budget (briefing, scheduling, follow-up).
• Ensure that partners executions are in line with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Monitor in-market processes with external third parties to ensure respect of deadlines for key campaigns.
• Coordinate with the external agencies the adaptation of global marketing projects.
• General agency coordination of PR, advertising and social networks.
• General approval of content to be published on all channels.
• Coordination, creation and optimization of content management (B2B & B2C).
• Optimization of the target group approach (briefing creation) on all relevant digital channels, including landing pages, in cooperation with the international teams and external agencies.
• Regular analyses and reporting of the campaigns based on the defined KPIs.
• In collaboration with the Marketing Manager:
o Create and maintain the marketing plan,
o Coordination & controlling of the marketing budget.
• Annual planning of promotions and activations.
• Metric analysis; CRM and campaigns in general.
• Coordination of events and special activations.
• Layout, planning, execution and results of product and campaign activations.
• Planning, execution, and approval of media plans for performance campaigns.
• Collaboration with the creation of the annual marketing budget.
• Graduated in Marketing, Communications, Advertisement, or related areas.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Very good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Well organized and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and to coordinate complex tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong time management and team working skills.
• Experience with team management.
• Customer and solution orientated.
•Desirable work experience of +3 years in functions or activities related such as: marketing and advertisement.
Argentinian Visa and right to work in Argentina.
