In line with MSC procedures and local legislation, the HR Manager provides excellent HR services to the Employees and Management Team based in France in order to recruit, train, and develop highly engaged Employees.
• Professionally supports and advises the Managing Director, Managers and Employees in all HR and organisational matters.
• Manages all processes linked to the recruitment of new employees in order to attract best candidates in a timely manner.
• Manages the whole employee lifecycle, from the on boarding to the exit interview.
• Is responsible for the entire HR administration including time recording.
• Sets up a learning plan in accordance with Headquarters and delivers development activities and trainings.
• Leads and implements Corporate and local HR projects in France in cooperation with the Headquarters.
• Provides relevant HR support to the local Management team throughout the performance management process, from the target settings to the feedback and evaluation.
• Prepares and controls the payroll of all employees through an external provider.
• Prepare and participate to the Works Council and Employee Representatives meetings (CSE).
• Prepares the HR budget in cooperation with the Finance & Accounting and the Managing Director.
• Prepares relevant HR monthly and ad hoc reports.
• Is the first point of contact for local management and headquarter for any legal issue concerning employees.
• Is responsible for internal communication, in line with the guidance of the Corporate Employee Engagement team. (Not HR but local Communication team).
• Manage an HR Coordinator.
• Excellent French and English.
• University degree in Business Administration/economics or Law/Human Resources or several years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of five to eight years of human resource management experience preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent knowledge of French labour law.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• “Hands- On” mentality and drive.
• Reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
