Sustainability is essential to our success, and we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual who can support our sustainability journey. The Sustainability Analyst will be primarily responsible for sustainability-related data collection and management to support our sustainability strategy and compliance obligations.
Annual Scope 3 Calculation & Reporting:
• Responsible for annual scope 3 emissions mapping, calculation and reporting; including activity data collection, emissions factors identification, assessment and use.
• Continuous revision of group-wide calculation methodologies to comply with data-driven reporting obligations.
• Group-wide coordination of subject-matter experts for each scope 3 category and sub-category.
• Use and administration of data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI) to enable data-driven decision-making. EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)compliance support:
• Support the data management platform administrator in managing data collection, validation, verification, and reporting for audit compliance purposes.
• Monitoring of evolution of legislative requirements and regulations affecting the company beyond CSRD compliance (e.g. CountEmissionsEU, Green Claims Directive, EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, EU Taxonomy, etc.).
• Key contributions to the drafting of the annual Sustainability Report. General Sustainability Team Support:
• Ad-hoc support in communications material and reports, presentations and analyses.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or similar areas
• At least 1-3 years experience with data analytics and large databases. Demonstrated interest in related fields considered a strong asset.
• Experience with greenhouse gas accounting principles (GHGProtocol), international frameworks and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
