LINE MANAGER: Trade Support Manager
As our International Trade Support Executive, you will bridge the gap between MSC Cruises and our Travel Agent partners. Based in the UK, assisting our partners in Scandinavia, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, this role would suit someone confident building relationships with our partners to provide a first-class support service.
This role will provide the practical, administrative duties to underpin our dedicated Sales team and ensure our partners are suitably equipped to deliver the best service to our existing or potential customers.
•Creates Trade Partner toolkits for brand campaigns and new promotions to drive sales
•Provides a personalised service to our Trade partners to support with queries about itineraries or product
•Creates Travel Agent window cards
•Builds and maintains professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Liaises with internal teams, such as Revenue and Product, Marketing, Reservations etc.
•Liaises with Trade Support Manager (UK), as well as other functions across the allocated areas to ensure understanding of each markets needs and requirements
•Confident using Microsoft Office systems, in particular Word and PowerPoint
•Fluent in English, both spoken and written
•Fluency/understanding of Germanic languages such as Swedish, Danish or Norwegian would be beneficial
•Experience of working in the travel/tourism industry would be preferred
•Strong organisational and planning skills
•Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
•Full right to work in the UK, with the ability travel domestically and internationally
