LINE MANAGER: Sales Excellence Expert/Sales Excellence Lead
As Sales Excellence Specialist you will have a passion for implementing processes and resources to drive sales excellence with our new luxury brand, Explora Journeys. Being passionate about travel or cruise retail sales, this role acts as a conduit for other Explora Journeys UK&ROI based teams including Sales and Marketing to ensure our Travel Partners receive seamless interactions and have all the required resources for success.
- Takes ownership of project management for continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Supports sales strategies with a focus on the UK & ROI markets- Acts as a liaison within the Global Sales team
- Analyses sales intelligence, performance and analytics reporting
- Supports trade events for existing or perspective travel partners both virtual and in person
- Organises Travel Advisor educational ship visit programmes
- Completes executive reporting and manages key meeting actions
- Participates with crisis management when required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury travel or hospitality in a customer facing or sales support role (cruise industry experience is ideal)
- Strong planning, organisational and budgeting skills
- Excellent understanding of luxury service and operations – specifically in sales distribution B2B and B2C
- Experience with contract management, reservation, sales automation, and CRM
- Excellent training and communication skills
- Thinks entrepreneurially, demonstrates initiative and accountability
- Skilled in working with diverse stakeholders and can inspire change
- Fluency in English plus additional languages
- Full right to work in the UK
