The Commercial Initiatives Digital Program Manager is responsible for leading large commercial initiatives that require strong collaboration with business owners and the Digital/IT team. This role focuses on enhancing commercial tools and managing the successful launch of new products and offerings in the US market. Additionally, this position will provide program management leadership for the US market during the upcoming global digital transformation of Customer Experience business applications. #L1-LC1
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office, in Miami and 1 floating day
Enhance Commercial Tools: Drive the implementation and optimization of commercial tools to empower US teams in achieving their business objectives
Project Management: Oversee the launch of new products and offerings, including defining requirements, coordinating user testing across commercial channels, and making informed business recommendations.
Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure readiness for new initiatives, including integrated testing, training, and communications
Digital Transformation Program Management: Provide strategic program management for the US commercial team during the digital transformation led by MSC’s HQ team
Executive Communications: Prepare and present recommendations, status updates, and project insights to senior executives.
Proven experience in program management of large digital projects
Experience with one or more Customer Experience business applications, including CRM, Call/Contact Center solutions, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Content Management, or eCommerce platforms
Strong storytelling and presentation skills with a track record of engaging senior-level audiences
Experience managing multiple project teams in a program management capacity within a highly matrixed environment
Proven program/project management capabilities, encompassing problem-solving, organizational skills, written communication, defining benchmarks / KPIs and presentation abilities
Experience working closely with IT teams on integrated business transformation initiatives
Demonstrated collaboration skills with a history of building strong working relationships across diverse teams
Ability to think independently and navigate initiatives where established processes may not exist
Proficient in distilling complex information into actionable insights and clear plans
Strong analytical skills with experience in creating executive-friendly reports and visualizations using tools like Excel, or other more advanced analytical tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing digital transformation projects
Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments to identify change needs and risks
Knowledge of integrated planning methodologies including identifying dependencies and optimizing plans across workstreams
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-centric planning tools
Experience working across global teams
Experience in the cruise industry or travel industry
