The Cruise Consultant – Sales will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by promoting and selling customized cruise products to meet the traveller’s needs and desires. With a focus on results and customer satisfaction, the consultant will act as a specialist, providing guidance on destinations, itineraries, packages, and cruise promotions. This professional will be expected to build lasting customer relationships, offering high-quality consultative service and ensuring each interaction is unique and personalized. Additionally, the role will involve achieving sales targets, contributing to company growth, and ensuring that customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Conduct consultative sales: Offer MSC Cruises vacation packages to direct customers, using effective sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge.
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Maintain contact with customers to provide exceptional experience.
• Meet targets and KPIs: Achieve monthly and annual sales goals and other defined performance indicators.
• Contribute to the team: Work collaboratively with team peers and partner areas, contributing to the company's sales strategy by creating effective relationships with other support departments.
• Follow schedules and goals: Work in line with organizational objectives, achieving established goals.
• Ensure operational excellence and quality service for our customers.
• Contribute to achieving the strategic objectives established by the parent company.
• Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese. Additional languages will be a plus.
• Academic background: A degree in Tourism or related fields is also a plus here.
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Sales experience: Proven and solid track record of sales success and ability to achieve goals under pressure.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and dynamically.
• Data analysis: Ability to manage metrics and indicators to improve performance.
• Excellence in service: Focus on offering positive and high-quality experience to customers.
