The Online Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover) is responsible for all the digital needs of the UK & Ireland with the ability to manage the B2C and B2B websites.
This will be a hands-on and exciting role for an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering results.
The successful candidate is someone who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international organisation working closely with the corporate teams based in Naples - Italy and Geneva - Switzerland.
· Takes ownership of the company B2B and B2C websites, ensuring they are kept up to date with well optimized content
· Works closely with the product teams to create new landing pages for marketing campaigns
· Liaises with the agencies to create engaging PPC, Display and Video ads for current and upcoming cruises
· Creates various banners for the websites and the sales team as well as copywriting for the landing pages
· Works alongside the web team in Naples to ensure the B2C websites are running smoothly, without any issues and always showing up to date content and prices
· Manages the company’s social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and tracking engagement performance
· Manages activities with influencers, coordinating these with the Marketing Director, Social Media HO team or external agency
· Fluent in English
· BA degree required, MA level an advantage
· Very good knowledge of SEO and SEM in general
· Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Wizaly
· At least 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience either in an agency or in-house
· Experience in the travel or hospitality sector is an advantage
· Independent self-starter with keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills
· Able to use Adobe Photoshop;· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly of PowerPoint and Excel
· Experience of using CMS is an advantage (especially Sitecore)
· Full Right to Work in the UK required
